Prior to co-founding Vilar-Hoynack Construction Company, Frank enjoyed a long lasting 27-year career at Arellano Construction Company.
Starting as a project manager, and rising through the ranks the old-fashioned way, Frank was named President of the company in 2014. He was one of the original team members when then ARA Construction closed down and Arellano Construction was formed. He was an integral part of the company and was instrumental in the growth of the company taking it to over $300 million/year with three offices in Florida.
Frank has successfully led Operations departments for over 20 years and has completed some of the most signature projects in Florida and the Caribbean. Through his successful 27 years and experience, he has evolved processes and procedures that are now part of the business acumen for Vilar-Hoynack Construction.
Frank holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from FIU and was honored with the “Torch Award” from FIU College of Engineering and Computing which honors graduates who have had a positive impact on their profession, the community, and the university.
He is a certified General Contractor and the qualifier of Vilar-Hoynack Construction.
Frank was born in Miami and has been happily married for 30 years and has two daughters.
